Web, mobile, design, AI, and IT services

This page lists what we do and how each engagement usually runs. Web and mobile are build services, UX/UI is a design service that often runs alongside them, and AI and IT consulting are advisory services that can stand alone or feed into a build.

What this page covers

  • Web and mobile builds
  • UX/UI and product design
  • AI consulting and cloud work
  • Engagement models compared

How to read this page

Seven services, three shapes of engagement. Skim the headings first, then open the ones that sound like your problem. Each section tells you what we build, which tools we use, and how long a project usually takes.

  • Build services Web, mobile, custom software fixed scope
  • Design services UX/UI, design systems, audits alongside build
  • Advisory services AI, IT, cloud, staff augmentation stand-alone

Web development services

Web development services

We build marketing sites, web applications, customer portals, and e-commerce. Typical stacks are React or Next.js on the front end, Node.js, Laravel, or Python on the back end, with WordPress when a CMS makes sense for the content team.

Projects usually start with a scoping call and a written proposal. For a mid-sized site, expect six to twelve weeks. For a web application with user accounts and integrations, twelve to twenty weeks is more realistic. We handle hosting setup on Vercel, AWS, or Google Cloud, plus staging and production environments.

Mobile app development services

Mobile app development services

Mobile work covers iOS, Android, and cross-platform builds. We use Swift and Kotlin for native, React Native and Flutter for cross-platform. The choice depends on performance needs, device integration, and how often you plan to ship updates.

A typical app project moves through prototype, build, internal testing, then store submission. We handle App Store and Google Play accounts, privacy documentation, and review responses. Post-launch, we offer maintenance retainers for OS updates and bug fixes.

UX/UI design services

UX/UI design services

Design work here is product design: research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and a Figma component library your developers can build against. We also handle design systems for teams that need consistency across multiple products.

For existing products, we run UX audits that identify friction points and prioritize fixes. For new products, we design from scratch based on user interviews and competitive review. Either way, you get specs and states, not just final screens.

AI consulting services

AI consulting services

AI consulting starts with a short assessment: where your team spends time, what data you have, and which workflows could realistically be improved. From there, we recommend either a build, a tool purchase, or doing nothing yet.

When we do build, it's usually a specific feature: document summarization, support triage, internal search, or content generation with human review. We work with OpenAI, Anthropic's Claude, and open-source models, and we'll explain the tradeoffs in cost, privacy, and accuracy.

Document summarization

Long contracts, reports, and ticket threads condensed into something a person can act on.

Support triage

Incoming messages routed by topic and urgency before a person opens them.

Internal search

Answers pulled from your own documents, with sources shown so people can check.

Content generation with review

Drafting support where a human still approves every line before it goes out.

Custom software development

Custom software development

Custom software is for problems off-the-shelf tools don't cover. Internal dashboards, workflow systems, integrations between tools that don't talk to each other, and reporting layers on top of messy data.

These projects usually involve more discovery than a website, because the requirements live in people's heads rather than a design file. Expect a longer scoping phase and more iteration during build.

IT consulting and staff augmentation

IT consulting and staff augmentation

IT consulting covers architecture reviews, cloud migration planning, vendor selection, and build-vs-buy decisions. We've helped teams move from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud, evaluate monolith vs. microservices, and decide whether to hire in-house or work with an agency long-term.

Staff augmentation means placing our engineers into your existing team. You manage priorities; we handle the hiring, payroll, and technical onboarding. Useful when you need capacity for a specific phase without committing to a full-time hire.

Cloud, BI, and data work

Cloud, BI, and data work

Cloud consulting covers infrastructure setup, cost optimization, and security configuration on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. BI and big data consulting covers data pipelines, warehouse setup, and dashboards for teams that need reporting they can trust.

These often start as smaller engagements: a cost review, a pipeline rebuild, or a dashboard project. From there, some clients expand into ongoing managed services.

How to pick an engagement model

Three shapes cover most of the work we take on. Read the differences, then tell us which one sounds closest — we'll say if another fits better.

Fixed-scope project

If you need a specific deliverable by a specific date, a fixed-scope project works. Scope, timeline, and price are written down before the build starts.

best for a dated launch

Monthly retainer

If the product will keep evolving, a monthly retainer gives you more flexibility. Work is planned in blocks and re-prioritized as the product changes.

best for a moving roadmap

Staff augmentation

If you need capacity inside your team, staff augmentation is the right shape. Your leads set priorities; our engineers join the standups.

best for a capacity gap

We'll recommend the model that fits, even when it's smaller than what you expected to buy.

Do you work with clients outside Georgia? open

Yes. About half our clients are in Georgia, the rest are in the EU, the US, and Kazakhstan. We work in English and Georgian and adjust meeting times to your timezone.

Can you take over an existing project another team started? open

Often yes. We start with a code and architecture review, then give you a written assessment before committing to continue.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch? open

Yes, through monthly retainers that cover bug fixes, OS or dependency updates, and small feature work.

Which services can be combined in one project? open

Most often design and build run together, and an AI or cloud assessment sits in front of a build. IT consulting can run on its own, or alongside a team that already has engineers.

Next step

Tell us what you need built, and we'll say which service fits

Send a short note about the product, the deadline if there is one, and the tools you already use. We'll reply with the service, the engagement model, and what the first two weeks look like.
