Start a conversation with our team

If you're working on a project and want to know whether we're a fit, send us a message. We'll reply with a few questions and, if it looks like a match, propose a short scoping call.

Direct lines to the studio

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. For project inquiries, email is usually the faster route — we can read the details before replying.

Tell us what you're building

A short, specific message gets a faster and more useful answer than a long one. Use the form to describe the project, or write to us directly and we'll take it from there.

What helps us most

  • What the product or service does, and who it is for
  • What already exists — designs, code, or nothing yet
  • Any deadline or launch date you are working toward
  • A budget range, if you have one in mind

If you don't have all of that figured out yet, that's fine. Tell us what you do know, and we'll ask the rest.

We use your message only to reply about this inquiry. Details on how we handle it are in our Privacy Policy.

How to reach us

You can reach the studio by email at kanogml1201@gmail.com or by phone at +1 (815) 934-4003. For project inquiries, email is usually faster than phone, because we can review the details before responding.

Where the work starts

Most projects begin with a description, a few screenshots, or a question we can answer in one call.

What happens after you send a message

No auto-replies and no waiting in a queue. A person reads your message and answers it.

We read and reply We reply within one to two business days with a few questions, or with a straight answer if your message already covers them.
A scoping call If your project is a fit, we propose a 30-minute call to talk through scope, constraints, and what a first phase would cover.
Written summary After that call, we send a written summary with our understanding of the project and any next steps, so you have something to share with your team.
Or a clear no If it's not a fit, we tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward someone who might be better suited.

Working across timezones

Tbilisi runs on GMT+4, which overlaps comfortably with European business hours and leaves a usable morning window for US clients. Asynchronous communication carries most of the project — we keep calls focused on decisions rather than status updates.

Europe

Most of the working day overlaps. Calls land inside normal office hours on both sides.

United States

We schedule calls in the morning Eastern time, which sits late afternoon in Tbilisi.

Kazakhstan

One hour ahead of Tbilisi, so the working day lines up almost exactly.

Written first

Specs, feedback, and reviews move in writing so nobody has to be online at the same hour.

What we need from you to scope a project

For a meaningful proposal we need concrete inputs. If you would rather start with a conversation instead of a written brief, that works too.

A description of the product or problem

Two or three paragraphs is plenty. We need to understand what the thing does and where the current friction sits.

Existing designs or code

Files, repositories, or a link to what is live now. Even a rough prototype helps us judge how much groundwork already exists.

Who the end users are

Customers, internal teams, or both. It changes how we think about interface design, access, and support.

Hard deadlines or constraints

Launch dates, compliance requirements, an existing platform you have to stay on. The more concrete the inputs, the more useful the proposal.

Questions we can answer before you commit

Not every conversation needs to lead to a project. If you are trying to decide between two approaches, comparing vendors, or working out whether AI is relevant to your workflow, we are happy to talk that through. A short call is often enough to clarify the direction.

Can we talk before we have a brief? Open

Yes. Plenty of projects start as a conversation about two possible directions rather than a written specification. Bring what you have — even a rough idea — and we will ask the questions that shape it.

What does a scoping call actually cover? Open

Thirty minutes on scope, constraints, and what a first phase would realistically contain. We will tell you what we would need to know before quoting, and whether a phased approach makes more sense than one large engagement.

Do you work with clients outside Georgia? Open

Yes. We work with clients in the EU, the US, and Kazakhstan, alongside teams in Tbilisi. Timezone differences are handled in writing, with calls saved for the decisions that need a conversation.

Should I include a budget range? Open

If you have one in mind, include it. It saves everyone a round of awkward questions and lets us suggest a scope that fits rather than one you have to trim later.
