Digital product studio in Tbilisi

Nevotop Digital builds websites, mobile apps, and internal business systems, and advises teams on UX/UI, AI adoption, and IT strategy — from three offices across Tbilisi.

Where your project stands

Discovery — scoping the build

What we actually build

Most of our work falls into four buckets, and plenty of projects touch more than one. Customer-facing websites and web platforms: marketing sites, booking systems, customer portals, and e-commerce on modern stacks. Mobile apps for iOS and Android, native or cross-platform depending on what your team can maintain. Internal tools: dashboards, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and reporting layers. And AI features wired into products that already exist, rather than AI as a standalone demo.

We also do a fair amount of custom software development where off-the-shelf tools stop fitting. A logistics company in Tbilisi with a specific routing problem, for example, won't find a SaaS product that matches their routes and their driver workflows. That's a build job, not a subscription.

Websites and web platforms React · Next.js · Vue · Laravel
Mobile apps for iOS and Android Swift · Kotlin · React Native · Flutter
Internal tools and automation Dashboards · CRM · workflows
AI features inside existing products Document intake · support triage · search
Custom software development Routing · integrations · data layers

How engagements usually start

The first conversation is about scope, not pitch decks. We ask what the product needs to do, who uses it, and what already exists.

Where you are now

Sometimes the answer is "we have a Figma file and no developers." Sometimes it's "we have a legacy system nobody wants to touch." Both are workable starting points.

What we put in writing

Deliverables, timeline, who's on the project from our side, and what we need from yours. Everything before a single line of code.

How long discovery runs

Two to four weeks for a mid-sized project. If the scope is small enough to skip formal discovery, we say so and start building.

Five disciplines, one delivery chain

Every Nevotop engagement passes through the same hands, whether it starts as a website or an AI feature. The chain below is how work moves from first call to a system your team can keep running.

Web development React, Next.js, Vue, Node.js, Laravel, and WordPress where a CMS is genuinely the right tool. Six to sixteen weeks
Mobile app development Native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter), chosen by what the app needs. Store submission handled
UX/UI design User flows, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma screens, and a component library your developers can implement. Specs and edge cases
AI consulting Practical first: where your team loses time, where data sits unused, where a model genuinely helps. OpenAI · Claude · open source
IT consulting Cloud architecture, build vs. buy, vendor selection, security posture, and team structure. Decisions, not decks

From the work page

Booking, field service, retail loyalty, internal staff tools

Not every app needs to be consumer-facing. Some of the most useful ones replace a clipboard and a spreadsheet — and the same applies to the web platforms and internal systems we ship.

Web development

We build on React, Next.js, Vue, Node.js, Laravel, and WordPress where a CMS is genuinely the right tool. Performance, accessibility, and SEO basics are part of the build, not a later phase. For businesses in Georgia selling to international customers, we also handle multi-language setup and regional payment or logistics integrations.

A typical web project runs six to sixteen weeks depending on complexity. We deploy to Vercel, AWS, or Google Cloud, and we set up staging environments so you can review work before it goes live.

Mobile app development

Mobile work splits roughly evenly between native (Swift, Kotlin) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter). We pick based on what the app needs: heavy device integration and performance push toward native; faster iteration and a smaller budget push toward cross-platform. App Store and Google Play submission is handled by us, including the parts people underestimate, like privacy disclosures and review responses.

Design here means product design, not decoration.

Flows and wireframes first, then high-fidelity screens in Figma with a component library your developers can actually implement. Handoff includes specs, states, and edge cases.

Working with us from outside Georgia

About half our clients are in Georgia, the rest are in the EU, the US, and Kazakhstan. We work in English and Georgian, and we're used to timezone spread. For US clients, we overlap mornings Eastern time. For European clients, we're within an hour or two of most business hours.

Communication

Slack or email, with weekly calls and a shared project board. You'll know what's happening without chasing us.

Timezones

Mornings overlap Eastern time; most of Europe sits within one or two hours of Tbilisi business hours.

Languages

English and Georgian, with documentation your team can hand to whoever joins next.

What we don't do

We don't take projects where the scope is "build us an app like Uber" with no further detail. We don't promise fixed prices for undefined work. And we don't sell AI as a magic layer that fixes a broken process — if your data isn't organized, an AI feature will just make the mess faster.

How to judge whether we're the right fit

Look at the work page and see if the industries and product types resemble yours. Read the process page if you want to know how we run projects. If you're comparing us against other studios in Tbilisi or agencies abroad, ask each one the same three questions.

Who will actually work on my project?
What happens if scope changes?
What does support look like after launch?

Questions we get before a first call

How do I choose between a web design agency and a full-stack development company?

If your project is mostly visual and the build is simple, a design agency works. If the product has real logic, integrations, and will keep changing after launch, you want a team that does both design and engineering. We do both, which is why most of our web projects start in design and continue straight into build.

What should a Georgia business expect from a mobile app studio in 2026?

A working prototype before full build, a clear stack decision (native vs. cross-platform), and a realistic timeline for App Store and Google Play approval. If a studio can't explain why they chose a stack for your specific app, that's a signal.

How can AI consulting actually help a small or midsize company?

Usually by automating one or two specific workflows: document intake, support replies, or internal search. Start with a small, measurable use case rather than a company-wide AI strategy.

What is the difference between custom software development and web development?

Web development typically means websites and web apps built on standard stacks. Custom software usually means internal systems or products with specific business logic that no off-the-shelf tool covers, often with database and integration work behind it.

Which signs show that an agency can handle enterprise or public-sector work?

Ask about security practices, how they handle staging and rollbacks, who owns the code, and how they document architecture. Enterprise and public-sector work is less about flashy design and more about process discipline.

Three doors in Tbilisi, one studio

Our main studio sits at 19 Kote Marjanishvili St, with additional offices on Aleksandre Kazbegi Ave and Aleksandre Pushkin St. Clients also reach us from Almaty through our Furmanov Ave office. If your project spans web, mobile, design, and AI work, you don't need to split it across three vendors and hope they talk to each other.
