Legal & data protection
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Nevotop Digital collects through nevotop.digital, why it is collected, how it is used, and what rights visitors have over it.
The site operator is Nevotop Digital, with offices at 19 Kote Marjanishvili St, Tbilisi 0102, Georgia; 14 Aleksandre Kazeggi Ave, Tbilisi 0160, Georgia; and 15 Aleksandre Pushkin St, Tbilisi 0105, Georgia.
How to read this document
Each section below answers one question a visitor normally asks about a privacy policy: what gets collected, what it is used for, how long it stays, who else sees it, and how you can change or remove it. The wording is written for a general reader rather than for a lawyer, and where a term has a specific legal meaning it is explained next to the plain-language version.
This policy covers nevotop.digital and the studio's own contact channels. If you are a client with a signed agreement, that agreement may add its own data-handling terms, and in that case the agreement controls where the two documents differ.
Plain-language summaries sit under each heading, so you can scan before reading in full.
Requests about your own data go to kanogml1201@gmail.com and are answered by the same team you would reach through the contact page.
Data we collect
When you submit a contact form or send us an email, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you call us, we may keep a record of the phone number and the topic discussed.
We also collect limited technical data automatically, such as browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited. This data is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
Contact information is collected to respond to inquiries and to continue a conversation if you decide to work with us. Technical data is collected to operate the site securely and to improve its content.
We do not use your information to send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked to receive them.
Answering your inquiry
Contact dataYour name, email and message are used to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation if you decide to move forward with a project. Without them we cannot respond at all.
Running the site safely
Technical dataBrowser and traffic information helps us spot broken pages, block abusive traffic, and understand which parts of the site visitors actually use. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.
Improving the content
Technical dataWhich pages are read, how long people stay and where they leave tells us which explanations are clear and which need rewriting. That feedback loop is the only reason we keep these statistics.
Legal basis for processing
Your consent
When you fill in a form and send it to us, you are choosing to share those details for the purpose of that inquiry. You can withdraw that choice at any time by writing to us and asking us to stop.
Legitimate interest in operating the site
Keeping the site online, secure and free of abuse is an everyday operational need. Technical logs serve that purpose, and we keep them as short as the job allows.
Performance of a contract
If you engage us for work, we need to keep the details required to deliver that work and to meet accounting and tax obligations that follow from it.
Where more than one of these grounds applies, we rely on the one that fits the specific situation, and we limit what we collect to what that purpose actually requires.
How long we keep data
Retention is set by what each kind of record is for. When a purpose ends, the record is deleted rather than kept in case it becomes useful.
If you would like a specific record removed earlier than the periods above, write to kanogml1201@gmail.com and describe what you are asking about. We will tell you whether a legal or accounting rule obliges us to keep it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting providers and analytics tools, but only to the extent necessary for those services.
If required by law, we may disclose information to public authorities.
Providers are chosen for the function they perform, and each one receives only the slice of data that function needs.
Where data may travel
- Hosting provider Serves the site and keeps server access logs under its own retention schedule.
- Analytics tool Reports aggregate page usage; configured so we read totals rather than individual visitors.
- Email service Carries messages between you and our inbox; the message body stays with that provider while it is in transit.
- Public authorities Only where a lawful request requires disclosure, and limited to what that request covers.
You can also review how this site uses cookies and similar storage in the Cookie Policy, and the rules for using the site itself in the Terms of Service.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
How do I ask for a copy of my data? Open
Email kanogml1201@gmail.com and describe what you are looking for — for example, the messages you sent us through the contact form. We will confirm what we hold and send it to you. If we cannot identify you from the request, we may ask a follow-up question before releasing anything.
Can I have my details deleted? Open
Yes, unless we are required to keep a record for legal, accounting or contractual reasons. If part of your data must be retained, we will tell you which part and why, and delete the rest.
What if something in my record is wrong? Open
Tell us what should be corrected and, where it helps, what the correct version is. We will update the record and confirm the change back to you by email.
Can I stop the technical data collection? Open
Your browser settings let you block or clear cookies, and the Cookie Policy explains what each type of storage does on this site. Some strictly necessary storage keeps the site working, and turning it off may break parts of the page.
How quickly will I hear back? Open
We aim to reply during working hours, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Requests that need us to search older project records may take longer, and we will tell you if that happens.
Protection measured in what we actually control.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. In practice that means limiting who on the team can open inquiry records, keeping software up to date, and using access controls on the systems that store anything personal.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet will never be intercepted. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of the document.
Minor edits that only correct wording or fix a broken link do not change how your data is handled, and the version date stays the same.
